Congratulations on your new home! Here's a checklist to help you ensure your new space is in excellent condition and ready for you to move in:



Cleaning and Inspection:
  1. Deep Cleaning: Give the entire home a thorough cleaning, including floors, windows, appliances, and cabinets.

  2. Inspect for Repairs: Carefully inspect each room for any needed repairs or touch-ups, such as paint touch-ups, fixing loose handles, or replacing damaged fixtures.

  3. HVAC System: Change air filters and consider scheduling an HVAC professional to inspect and service the system if necessary.

  4. Plumbing Inspection: Check for any leaks, drips, or running toilets. Ensure water shut-off valves are working properly.

  5. Electrical Inspection: Test outlets and light switches. If you find any issues, consult an electrician.
